At 39 years old, it isn’t Robyn’s first time rebranding herself. She had already been active for over a decade when, at 25, she split from her label to create Konichiwa Records. Since then, she’s been self-producing her own flavour of electropop music that have captivated listeners all over the world. As a teenager, Robyn was already playing the Apollo and opening for Tina Turner, but she wasn’t satisfied with the restrictions that were piling up. So she went her own way and hasn’t looked back since.<\/p>\n

Honey<\/em> sees a softer, more subdued Robyn. There are no dance floor bangers, but the powerful, emotionally-gripping tracks are addicting all the same.
