Tuesday, March 8 is International Women’s Day<\/strong>, and March<\/strong> is<\/strong> Women’s History Month<\/strong> in the United States. To celebrate, UMG is bringing people together to delve deep into the pressures, challenges, and barriers that women face and educate everyone<\/strong> on the ways we can support each other to start building a better world.\u00a0Biases that women face are not just women\u2019s burden to bear \u2013 they\u2019re human <\/em>biases that require our global community to understand and collectively work on to create a brighter future and accelerate gender parity.<\/strong> The positive impact of breaking down these biases through collective action has a ripple effect that will be felt by women from all walks of life.
