The secretive J090 has been holed up in their home studio through the good weather this summer. Busy with their project, a reinvigorated take on the Livin’ Joy classic ‘Dreamer’.
The original track famously hit the airwaves back in 1995 and was written and performed by Italian House Group Livin’ Joy. While American Janice Robinson co-wrote and provided vocals. Originally appearing at number 7 in the Irish charts, Dreamer has lived on and is still instantly recognizable to this day. However, this 90’s classic has been reimagined, giving it a fresh, uplifting sound to bring it belting into 2019.
J090 “Dreamer” isn’t the first re-release. The original became famous again in the early 2000’s when the song was re-released by Robinson. This was following the original appearing only as a hidden track on the original Livin’ Joy Album ‘Don’t Stop Movin’.
We’re very excited about what else J090 has up their sleeve. They could easily be on our list of 2020 artists to watch!
